Kyle Owen is a global security and crisis management leader with over 15 years of operational and strategic experience spanning military and private sectors. As Founder and CEO of Ai Hemaya, Kyle brings a career forged in real-world crisis response, governmental liaison roles and international security leadership to redefine how organisations manage risk.

During his military service, Kyle operated as a strategic liaison to Middle Eastern government forces, designing and delivering critical training programmes, advising on operational planning and building cross-border partnerships under pressure. In the private sector, he led a UK-based security company, overseeing global protective operations and working alongside international agencies, multidisciplinary teams, and UHNW clients to deliver complex crisis and risk management solutions.

Through first-hand experience leading high-stakes operations, Kyle recognised critical gaps in global crisis response and real-time coordination. Ai Hemaya was founded to address these challenges, delivering cutting-edge AI technology, rapid decision-making tools and integrated multi-agency systems that transform response capabilities worldwide.

Founder & Chief Innovation Officer

Daniel Lee is a security risk management specialist and innovation leader with over 15 years of frontline experience across military, security and resilience sectors. A former member of a UK elite military unit, he has led capability development initiatives across the Middle East, blending operational expertise with academic rigour.

Currently completing an MSc in Managing Organisational Risk and Resilience, Daniel also holds advanced qualifications in Security Risk Management, Surveillance and Emergency Response. He has delivered large-scale training programmes to over 8,000 personnel, advised elite units and cultivated strategic partnerships in complex environments.

At Ai Hemaya, Daniel leads the development of AI-powered situational awareness platforms that enable seamless indoor and outdoor tracking, real-time crisis response, and advanced risk management.

With over two decades of experience in digital imaging and spatial data, Stanislav has played a key role in advancing spatial mapping and digital twin technology. His work spans capture technique development and cutting-edge data processing, often in collaboration with global tech leaders. Combining technical precision with creative problem-solving, he brings a deep understanding of hardware, field operations and real-world application, helping to redefine how complex environments are captured and translated into accurate digital replicas.

He led an expansion of geospatial operations into the Middle East, building a regional team and adapting imaging systems to meet complex local requirements - experience that continues to shape his work today.

As Chief Technology Officer at Ai Hemaya, Stanislav directs the company’s technical strategy and oversees the delivery of regulation-compliant, high-precision spatial data. Through in-house R&D and proprietary technology, Ai Hemaya ensures consistent, high-quality outputs tailored to each client's operational needs and strategic goals.

Founder & Chief Operating Officer

With a distinguished 20-year career in strategy consulting, culminating in a partnership at Ernst & Young (EY), Robert Jung brings invaluable strategic and operational leadership to Ai Hemaya as Chief Operating Officer.

At EY, Robert built and led the Digital Strategy and Transformation practice across Germany, Switzerland and Austria, managing over $50 million USD in annual revenues. His career also includes roles at Accenture and advisory engagements with the C-suite of more than 40 global organisations across corporate strategy, digital innovation and operational efficiency.

Educated in Business Administration across Germany, Spain and Hungary, Robert also served in the military and co-founded early-stage ventures. His diverse background, coupled with endorsements from high-performance organisations, positions him to steer Ai Hemaya’s global expansion and operational excellence.

Based in Dubai, Robert travels frequently between Europe and the United States, reflecting the international scope of Ai Hemaya’s ambitions.

Chairman of Strategic Affairs

Mohammed Aljariri is a highly respected entrepreneur, investor and strategic advisor with a strong presence across luxury, innovation and high-level enterprise in the Middle East. He is Chairman of the Aljariri Group and Founder of Sky Marina Yacht Company, having built a reputation for business excellence and global partnerships.

In parallel, Mohammed serves in an executive capacity within the Private Office of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Ahmed Al Maktoum, where he plays a key role in identifying and shaping strategic ventures aligned with the UAE’s vision for innovation and economic diversification.

At Ai Hemaya, Mohammed serves as Chairman of Strategic Affairs, drawing on his vast network of royal offices, government bodies and international business leaders to drive strategic growth. His expertise is instrumental in expanding Ai Hemaya’s influence across the region, positioning the company not merely as a technology provider, but as a trusted partner in the future of security, public safety and crisis management.
